Once again, it is Hearts for Heroes time and we are asking every child to bring two boxes of candy hearts (the size of a pack of 3X5 index cards). The students will write a brief note to a soldier and then will wrap each box with a military God Bless America tract to encourage the troops. We have chosen this year a squadron of soldiers to which one soldier, Charles Smith ( a second generation graduate of SRCA-Class of 2004 and former teacher), is in and serving in Afghanistan. If you would like to give more than the two boxes per child, we will be glad to process them for shipping. Thank you for your participation!

If you need written proof of your child care expenses for filing your income tax forms, please call or e-mail the office so we can put your name on a list and get those printed off and sent home with your child. This is for those who used the services of SRC Learning Center, before and after school extended care at SRCS, and/or YAC Summer camp during 2011
Cancellations will be announced over WEAR-TV (channel 3), WUWF-FM (88.1), WTGF-FM (90.5), and WEBY-AM (1330). Call the office before or after hours for a message regarding closings.
