HeadMaster Online
enables teachers, staff, parents, and students to review information from home.
If you need your HeadMaster username and password, please contact the front office. If you would like a paper report slip, contact the office so we can send one home with your child.

Thank you for helping in making the first week of school a success. Students, teachers, and parents are getting into the
routine and things are running smoothly.  Some important notes regarding dropping off your children in the morning are:  Please remain in your car. We have responsible students who will take younger children from the car to their classroom. If you need to come in with your child, please park and help your child cross the road. The school doors are locked at 8:15 a.m.  Students arriving after 8:15 are considered tardy and must be checked in through the office.  Please use the correct doors. Only those having office business should use the front door. Elementary students should not use the Middle School entry.  Parents in the hall without a staff escort or a visitor pass will be stopped and directed to the school office. This is for the safety of your children.

Some important notes regarding picking up your children in the afternoons are:  Do not pass cars on either Chestnut Street or Redwood Drive! We dismiss students at 3:00 p.m. and the entire process is complete in less than 15 minutes.  TIP! If you are picking up students in the rear of the building, approach the school on Redwood Drive and you will save a few minutes. Do not leave your car unattended in line. Do not park your car and walk to the buildin
g to get your child. The speed limit on campus is 10 miles per hour!
If you need to contact the afternoon extended caregivers after 4:00, please use the following phone numbers:
K2, K3 and K4 Learning Center call 623-4607; K5-8th call 602-7379 .

Friday, September 3rd is our first Eagle Day! Notices will be sent home  to grades K5-12 explaining our first Pool
Olympics.  Monday, September 6th, is the Labor Day holiday and all school facilities and the Learning Center will be closed.
School will resume on Tuesday, September 7th. Have a safe and relaxing long weekend.

Our girls play against Atmore in a home game on August 30th at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. and also on September 2nd
another home game against Alethia at 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. Come on out if you can and support our Lady Eagles!
