Registration Fees/Supply Fees/Day Care/Tutoring/Study Hall/Graduation Fee/Late Fees/Returned Checks/Withdrawal

    Santa Rosa Christian School endeavors to maintain low tuition rates for the benefit of each parent.  For that reason, we have to operate an annual fund-raising program and anticipate each child and /or parent to help us raise additional funds needed for school projects.  SRCS receives no Federal assistance and is not endowed or supported by any other organization.

 *Payment is due on the first day of attendance each week.  If payment is not received by Wednesday, a 10% late fee will be charged.  Changes from full-day program to half-day program (and vice-versa) must be made by Thursday of the previous week.  If picked up after 5:30 p.m., late charges will be $10.00 for the first 15 minutes and $5.00 for each 5 minutes following (or portion thereof).  No statements will be mailed for K-4 accounts once the school year begins, even if you have older children in SRCS. Tuition payments are not affected by student absences.

Registration Fees:  A registration fee reserves a place for your child in his grade and pays for administrative and secretarial work related to pupil files and records.  Since this fee is for services rendered at the time of registration, the fee is not refundable.  Reservations will not be held in your child's grade until this fee is paid.

Supply Fees:  This fee provides all supplies, pencils, paper, crayons, curriculum, etc., used in Kindergarten. It also pays for the purchase of classroom materials, charts, maps, and SAT testing materials for grades K5-12. This fee is due by July 1 and covers the entire year.  Since this fee is for services rendered at the time of registration, the fee is not refundable.

Day Care Services: for students in K-5 through Grade 8 are available before and after regular school hours.

         * Children in Afternoon Care should be picked up by 5:30 p.m.  If picked up after 5:30 p.m., late charges will be $10.00 for the first 15 minutes and $5.00 for each 5 minutes following (or portion thereof). Services of the day care during non-school days are charged at a regular daily rate of $25.00 or weekly rate of $90.00.

Tutoring:  After school tutoring classes are available for $10.00 per 30 minute session.

After School Supervised Study Hall:  This is available for students in grades 9-12 at an hourly rate.

Graduation Fee:  Graduating High School Seniors will be charged $50.00 for caps and gowns.  This fee is due October 1.

Late Fees: Payments are due on the first day of each month.  Account payments not received in our office by the 5th of the month will be subject to a 10% late fee.  The minimum late fee will be $1.00.

    Accounts are expected to be paid on time.  A student may not be admitted to class if payments are in arrears.  It is the policy of the school to withhold Grade Report Cards and other records when accounts are in arrears.  No school records will be released for any student when there is a balance owed on the student's account.

Returned Checks:  It is our policy to charge $25.00 for all checks returned to us by your bank for any reason.  If two checks are returned the account will be on a cash basis.  We are unable to accept postdated checks.

Withdrawal:  Withdrawals from school for any reason must be made in person through the school office.  It is understood that tuition is due and payable until the office has been notified of withdrawal.  If a student attends only a portion of a month due to disenrollment for whatever reasons, the tuition for that month will be figured at $25.00 per day.
