in K-5 for the 2012-2013 school year. The academic aspect of our K5 school day is 8:15 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

_________ $35.00 Registration Fee is enclosed.  Returning students registered by May 28th.

_________ $55.00 Registration Fee is enclosed. Returning students registered after May 28th

                     and New students. This fee is non-refundable. 

_________ $ 125.00 Supply Fee per year. Due July 1st. This fee is non-refundable.
_________ $100.00 Textbook Fee per year. Must be paid before school begins. This fee is

                       non-refundable.

_________ $195.00 Tuition per month for 10 months. (August 1st - May 1st)

_____  $60.00 per month Extended A.M. Care: (6:30 a.m. -7:45 a.m.)

_____ $100.00 per month Extended P.m. Care: (12:00 noon-5:30 p.m.) 

              (Does not include lunch.)
