Below is a list of forms necessary to register your child at Santa Rosa Christian School.  If you like, you may print out the forms you need for each child, complete them, and present them in the school office when you come to register.

*Piano lessons are offered for second through twelfth grades.  If you would like your child to take piano lessons, print and complete the form below and bring it with you to the SRCS office.  Brass and woodwind lessons are available for students grades five through twelve.
